List an Artwork

Listing your artwork on HartFinds is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps using the form linked below:

  1. Fill in your contact details

  2. Tell us about your artwork – title, artist, medium, etc.

  3. Choose how to sell

    • Buy It Now – set a fixed price

    • Make an Offer – list a value and invite offers

    • Auction – set your starting price (this becomes your reserve)

  4. Let us know if you’d like your artwork to be authenticated and valued

  5. Choose shipping  – you can handle it yourself or we can arrange it for you

  6. Note any damage – let us know of any flaws in the frame or artwork

  7. Upload photos – front, back, and any provenance documents

  8. Confirm if you acquired the artwork after 09/06/2010

  9. Add your bank details – for payment once sold

  10. Agree to the terms and sign
