Recommended Couriers
We offer three trusted options for safely shipping your artwork, depending on your location, budget, and the value of the piece:
1. Australia Post (Budget Option)
For lower-value items or regional locations, sellers may package the artwork themselves and ship via Australia Post.
Optional insurance is available at $2 per $100 of value.
2. Pack & Send (Professional Service)
Pack & Send operates in most towns and offers a professional packaging and delivery service.
They can custom-build a protective box (usually $50–$100, depending on size) and provide both standard and premium shipping options.
This is ideal for more valuable or delicate artworks. Optional insurance is available but not as necessary when a custom-built box is made.
3. Art Couriers – LogiArt or Moving Art
These specialist art couriers handle only artwork and include insurance up to $20,000.
They require only bubble wrap for packaging and can often be more cost-effective than Pack & Send.
Recommended for high-value pieces or when you want added peace of mind with expert handling. They also let you know the day before delivery what the ETA will be.
Important: HartFinds does not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request insurance if they choose.
We also recommend that the seller photographs the entire framed artwork within a few days of shipping to document its condition prior to dispatch.
