Ying Zhang Biography
Ying Zhang was born in 1966 in Chongqing City, China. His father is a famous Chinese painter-calligrapher and has been teaching Ying his secret technique since he was a child. Ying has also had formal training, graduating from the Oil Painting Department of Sichuan Fine Art Institute.
He is influenced by Western oil painters such as Salvador Dali, Claude Monet, and Vincent Willem van Gogh. He has studied their techniques and practiced their style for many years and now has become known for his exceptional ability to replicate their works precisely. Even the Van Gogh Museum has purchased one of Ying Zhang’s artworks.
Ying’s original artworks sell in countries all over the world, including America and Canada.
