Pro Hart, born Kevin Charles Hart (1928–2006), was a celebrated Australian artist whose vibrant paintings captured the heart and soul of the Outback. His unique style and storytelling ability led to numerous sell-out exhibitions worldwide. In 1976, he was honoured with a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for his outstanding contribution to Australian art. Pro Hart became a beloved household name after featuring in the iconic Stainmaster carpet commercial—earning him the title "The People's Artist."
